About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead Data Snowflake to lead strategic Data & AI projects in an international complex environment. This role serves as a bridge between business vision and technical execution, transforming raw data into performance drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and validate technical choices on Snowflake (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse) ensuring security and scalability.
- →Lead the Data Engineering team, validate pipelines, and ensure development industrialization.
- →Gather requirements from Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, translating them into practical data solutions and decision-making dashboards.
- →Optimize costs and performance, ensure technological monitoring, and support team skill development.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- ✓Expertise in Snowflake platform with advanced SQL, clustering, and optimization.
- ✓Experience with Data Engineering tools: Airflow, dbt, Talend, Informatica.
- ✓Knowledge of Cloud platforms: Azure and/or AWS.
- ✓Familiarity with Data Modeling techniques: Data Vault, Kimball, Star Schema.
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, CI/CD.
