How your role will look like:
β’ Business Development: Take full ownership of proactively acquiring new B2B customers within the Spanish market, identifying and converting high-potential opportunities
β’ Needs Assessment: Develop a thorough understanding of each prospective clientβs business objectives and challenges, and align tailored solutions from our product portfolio to meet their specific needs
β’ Relationship Management: Apply your strong sales acumen and persuasive communication skills to successfully acquire new customers via phone and establish sustainable, long-term business partnerships
β’ Account Expansion: Drive revenue performance through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives, maximizing customer value while contributing directly to ambitious revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
β’ Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics, maintaining a strong results-driven mindset
What you need to succeed:
β’ Education: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess comparable professional experience in B2B sales, account management e.g in the real estate sector
β’ Sales Expertise: You bring proven experience in sales with a strong hunter mentality and a clear focus on closing deals. You have a track record in new customer acquisition, including cold calling and outbound sales, and are confident in proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities
β’ Working Style: Your approach is proactive, well-structured, and results-driven. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and maintain a strong focus on delivering sustainable solutions and achieving ambitious targets
β’ Motivation & Mindset: You are highly self-motivated, think entrepreneurially, and are driven by measurable success. Taking ownership and consistently striving for excellence come naturally to you
β’ CRM: You are experienced in working with CRM systemsβideally Salesforceβand use them effectively to manage pipelines, track performance, and steer your sales activities strategically
β’ Team: You value collaboration, actively contribute to a positive team environment, and celebrate shared achievements. With your energy and commitment, you inspire others to perform at their best
β’ Language Skills: You demonstrate full professional proficiency in Spanish and English. Conversational German is considered an asset, but is not a mandatory requirement.
