About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at ImmoScout24. This role focuses on developing and implementing the product strategy for one of our central B2B segments.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and own the product strategy in alignment with company goals and market requirements
→Lead the discovery of innovative features and partnerships that create real value for B2B customers
→Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and tackle challenges directly
→Strengthen customer success through regular exchange, feedback integration, and long-term satisfaction
→Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between UX, marketing, pricing, tech, and business teams
→Drive data-driven growth and manage KPIs for sustainable product success

Requirements

✓Minimum 5 years of B2B product management experience with proven success in both discovery and delivery
✓“Macher:in-Mentalität”: Ability to successfully complete projects despite resistance and find pragmatic solutions
✓Technical and strategic skills in conversion optimization, partner integrations, KPI management, and AI tools
✓Strong communication skills with experience creating wireframes and pitch decks
✓Fluent German and English language skills for direct B2B customer contact
✓Experience effectively using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving
