About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Scout24. This role focuses on developing and implementing targeted recruiting strategies to attract top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and manage targeted recruiting strategies from requirements to final offers
→Proactively engage with potential talents and build sustainable talent pools
→Conduct high-quality interviews and make informed selection decisions
→Represent Scout24 professionally at events, networks, and digital platforms
→Collaborate closely with stakeholders and understand their requirements
→Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear communication and reliability
→Utilize our ATS efficiently to track progress and achieve goals

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record in filling challenging roles
✓A business administration degree or equivalent qualification
✓Strong strategic understanding and view of recruiting as a lever for business development
✓Excellent analytical thinking and confident handling of data
✓Strong assessment skills to identify potential, ask the right questions, and make accurate decisions
✓Clear communication, confident appearance, and empathy
✓Self-organized, solution-oriented work style with the ability to maintain focus in dynamic phases
✓Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level)
✓Experience in effectively using AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving
