About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, maintain, and scale our critical infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring system reliability, optimizing performance, and implementing modern deployment strategies that enable our engineering teams to ship with confidence. This role requires deep technical expertise across AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling, combined with strategic thinking about capacity planning and system evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, maintain, and scale critical infrastructure
- →Ensure system reliability and optimize performance
- →Implement modern deployment strategies
- →Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines
- →Manage async job processing systems and message queues at scale
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
- ✓Deep expertise with AWS services, particularly EKS, VPC, S3, and RDS/Aurora
- ✓Extensive experience with Kubernetes internals and multi-environment management
- ✓Strong proficiency writing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform
- ✓Production experience with CNCF projects such as Helm and Karpenter
- ✓Hands-on experience with observability tooling including Honeycomb, Sentry, and AWS CloudWatch
- ✓Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)
