About the Role

We are looking for a product-minded data analyst to join the Product team at Scribe. This role involves working closely with product managers to support data-driven product decisions that optimize user experiences and drive business outcomes. You will leverage Scribe's rich dataset of 5M+ active users to identify new product opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with the VP of Product to define and execute Scribe's data strategy aligned with organizational goals
→Collaborate with Data Engineering, Revenue Ops, and Finance teams to create a holistic view of customer impact
→Develop and implement North Star metrics through scalable datasets and dynamic dashboards
→Measure the impact of new features on business metrics before, during, and after development
→Conduct deep-dive analyses on product health and usage using funnel analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical modeling
→Mentor future analysts and foster a culture of rigorous experimentation and continuous learning

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in data-focused roles supporting product teams
✓Expertise in SQL for building complex queries and a scripting language like Python
✓Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Sigma Computing, and Mixpanel
✓Ability to proactively identify new product opportunities through data analysis
✓Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies
✓Customer and business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quantitative and qualitative insights
