About the Role
Join SEB bank's Service Desk Lithuania team as an IT Support Specialist. You'll provide first-line technical support to bank employees across the Baltic countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide 1st level technical support to bank employees
- →Receive, process and resolve user applications via telephone and remote desktop
- →Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- →Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets
- →Handle application registration and support
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of MS Office applications
- ✓User-level knowledge of the Windows operating system
- ✓Knowledge of ITIL processes
- ✓Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help others
- ✓Experience with incident bulletin processing
- ✓Good Lithuanian and English language skills
