About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join Securitas Aviation, focusing on developing new business opportunities and building sustainable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement sales strategies in the aviation sector with a focus on growth and margin
- →Identify, approach, and develop new customers, building and actively managing a sales pipeline
- →Sell complex security solutions for the aviation industry, including personnel security, security technology, and integrated solutions
- →Analyze customer security requirements and risks, developing tailored aviation-specific security concepts
- →Collaborate closely with internal solution, technical, and commercial teams for professional proposal development, calculation, and presentation
- →Strategically develop existing key accounts through cross-selling, upselling, price negotiations, and building long-term partnerships
- →Conduct continuous market, competition, and trend analysis to identify new business opportunities in aviation security
- →Create meaningful reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales and business development within the aviation or security industry
