About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to lead the development of new business opportunities and manage client portfolios to achieve profitable growth. This role involves building strong client relationships and delivering tailored security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the development of new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios
→Build deep relationships with clients and deliver tailored security solutions
→Share responsibility for branch financial performance, including revenue and profitability targets
→Conduct regular client reviews, KPI/SLA meetings, and strategic planning sessions
→Monitor competitors and gather local market insights to inform commercial strategies
→Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery
→Design and implement local commercial plans and lead price negotiations
→Continuously assess service provision and propose alternative models
→Champion client-centricity by identifying solution gaps and driving innovation

Requirements
