About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves developing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the development of the annual budget and assist in monitoring progress against financial and business objectives
- →Report, analyze, and interpret financial and operating data including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and regional performance assessments
- →Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of financial data to monitor and report on account progress
- →Analyze records of operations, trends, and costs to project future revenues and expenses
- →Assist in the development of reporting requirements and metrics, and in the design of workflow processes
- →Analyze operational and financial indicators to improve performance and ensure profitable operations
- →Develop and administer department budget in collaboration with Management
- →Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and variance adjustments
- →Assist with month-end invoice processing
- →Evaluate financial information, compare to assumptions, and present findings to management
- →Identify risks and opportunities to the business through analysis of trends
- →Lead investigations into discrepancies and solve issues
- →Develop productive working relationships with all levels within and outside the organization
- →Develop financial models for evaluation of business cases and scenarios
- →Work on special projects as needed
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- ✓Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
- ✓Ability to interpret financial data and present findings
- ✓Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of the organization
- ✓Experience with financial software and tools
- ✓Ability to identify risks and opportunities through analysis
