About the Role

This strategic role focuses on driving customer engagement, product adoption, and sustainable revenue growth within customer segments. You will work closely with Sales and the Customer Success team to deliver outstanding customer results.

Key Responsibilities

→Become a trusted advisor to customers by building strong relationships and providing tailored service
→Drive customer satisfaction and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
→Assist customer onboarding with product education and platform walkthroughs
→Collaborate with Sales Executives to plan engagement activities
→Implement tailored customer engagements based on business strategic priorities
→Maintain deep product knowledge to be a subject matter expert
→Manage relationships with Sales, Operations, and Marketing leaders
→Identify opportunities for package upgrades and cross-product adoption
→Conduct Account Reviews to ensure alignment and growth
→Facilitate Product Training for new and existing users
→Provide exclusive posting assistance and access to SEEK resources
