About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Engineer – Workload Hosting to join SEEK’s team. This role involves shaping and delivering our cloud hosting platform that supports our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and mentor engineers to build and operate SEEK’s Kubernetes-based workload hosting platform
- →Oversee design, delivery and ongoing evolution of secure, reliable and cost-efficient cloud services
- →Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Security teams to align platform capabilities with SEEK’s strategy
- →Drive automation, observability and performance across platform operations
- →Embed best practices in software development, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code
- →Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration, learning and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
- ✓Leadership experience in engineering teams
- ✓Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure
- ✓Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code
- ✓Strong technical background in software development
