The Team SEEK's Cyber Security team covers a wide range of security disciplines and responsibilities. You'll be empowered to identify control gaps or risks and work toward effective mitigations that protect both our infrastructure and the millions of people who use our products The Role We're looking for a security engineer with identity expertise to help protect and scale our corporate identity platforms. You'll be working hands-on with systems like Okta, building automation where it makes sense, and implementing security controls that address real threats. This role involves balancing security best practices with business needs while providing practical guidance to stakeholders. • Support uplift activities across identity platforms like Okta to stay ahead of evolving threats • Partner with stakeholders to ensure secure implementation of Active Directory, Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, and other corporate infrastructure • Configure and troubleshoot SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations for new applications • Deploy and support security infrastructure tooling and capabilities • Implement and improve monitoring and alerting to proactively identify threats within the corporate environmen • Develop and maintain documented procedures, runbooks, and security guidelines • Translate technical risks into business context - communicate security risks and compliance gaps clearly to various stakeholders • Support infrastructure and project risk evaluation, remediation planning, and process improvements alongside technical and business teams • Stay current with best practices and regulations, designing security controls that protect against emerging threats • Help build a security-aware culture where trust and privacy are embedded in how we work
