About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at SEEK. This 10-month fixed term contract role focuses on creating high-quality product experiences in the Post-Apply Selection space. You'll work within cross-functional squads to solve design problems at scale as SEEK evolves and globalizes platforms across eight markets in Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead UX and design activities within your squad from problem framing through to detailed interaction design and high-fidelity delivery
- →Design clear and intuitive workflows that support complex hiring decisions and collaboration between hirers
- →Produce high-quality visual design and interaction specifications that enable engineers to deliver polished product experiences
- →Advocate for the user by grounding design decisions in research, data and product insights
- →Partner closely with Product Manager, Tech Lead and other designers to shape product ideas, understand trade-offs and deliver practical solutions
- →Continuously iterate on designs based on product outcomes, user feedback and success metrics
- →Communicate insights and design solutions clearly through strong storytelling and visual artefacts
- →Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across brands and markets
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in interaction design and visual design

- ✓Strong research skills and thoughtful interaction design approach
- ✓High-quality visual execution skills
