About the Role
A Senior Software Engineer is an experienced member of the Engineering team at SEEK Group. This role involves improving technical alignment, engineering practices, and contributing to the Customer Technology Platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver robust, event-driven integrations between Salesforce, SaaS platforms and SEEK’s cloud apps
- →Write clean, testable code and contribute to architecture and design reviews
- →Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for reliability and observability
- →Own solutions end-to-end from requirements to production
- →Collaborate with Product Managers, architects and stakeholders to translate business needs
- →Work iteratively in agile teams, managing tech debt alongside feature delivery
- →Participate in on-call duties, troubleshooting and resolving incidents with root-cause fixes
- →Maintain clear documentation, runbooks and operational procedures
- →Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing
- →Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Experience with cloud-based serverless architecture
- ✓Strong understanding of event-driven integrations
- ✓Proficiency in back-end development
- ✓Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Technology
