About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect, System Integrator to join our team at Semperis. This role focuses on delivering security and identity products to customers and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical solutions to meet customer’s business and technical goals
- →Lead the technical aspect of production deployments in customer environments
- →Troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues
- →Provide technical support for customers after deployment
- →Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers
- →Provide input and feedback to engineering and development teams
- →Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging technology trends
Requirements
- ✓At least 7 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Active Directory
- ✓Administered, architected, or supported enterprise Active Directory environments
- ✓At least 3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure AD / Entra ID
- ✓Administered or supported Azure AD / Entra ID environments
- ✓Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and GCP
- ✓Awareness of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes
- ✓Proven Customer Facing orientation
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (CS or Engineering)
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel abroad
