ROLE OVERVIEW
Key drivers of Servalβs success are its inbound and account warming motions. Youβll own these strategies - running ad campaigns, launching experiments, and continuously improving the channels that grow demand. Youβll partner closely with the Head of Growth and the broader marketing team, owning the strategy, channels, and workflows that turn demand into customers and directly impact pipeline and revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Optimize existing campaigns across core channels including LinkedIn, Google SEM, email, CTV, YouTube, and Meta.
- Expand Servalβs presence in new channels including Reddit, X/Twitter, direct mail, and other direct-response channels.
- Increase Servalβs brand awareness by leading OOH, billboard, podcast, and other brand-building marketing campaigns.
- Leverage agency partners to expand into new channels and increase execution capacity.
- Launch experiments to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and overall inbound performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive cross-functional projects with Product Marketing, Design, Content, and GTM to ship work that supports broader growth goals.
- Maintain strong operational hygiene across tools, workflows, and reporting so nothing critical slips.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing. Experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth startups is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, paid ad platforms, and Clay.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn quantitative data and qualitative signals into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset, able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, solvable pieces.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an instinct for effective messaging and an ability to understand what resonates with customers.
- A high level of ownership and initiative, proactively digging into performance to identify issues and opportunities without waiting for direction.
