We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Serve Robotics, a company reimagining urban mobility through sidewalk robots. This role involves managing complex projects across autonomy, data infrastructure, simulation, machine learning, and mapping.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies for autonomy and hardware projects
• →Lead and coordinate efforts across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
• →Gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate project status updates effectively
• →Develop and implement processes that streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• →Create detailed project documentation including technical specifications and status reports
• →Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization
• →Coordinate communication efforts to keep all teams informed and aligned
