Advisory Presales Solution Consultant - Platform, Data & AI at ServiceNow

About the Role

You will be the technical and solution expert partnering with Solution Sales Executives, focusing on Data solutions while driving broader custom Application and AI initiatives. Your mission is to drive innovative business outcomes for enterprise customers by architecting, positioning, and delivering advanced AI and Data solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• →Act as a trusted technical advisor to architects, translating complex architectures into measurable business value
• →Enable customers to modernize their data ecosystems while realizing the full potential of AI-enabled workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• →Lead consultative discovery sessions with C-suite stakeholders to understand business challenges and define requirements
• →Design innovative solution experiences that address specific business challenges
• →Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, qualifying opportunities and responding to RFPs and RFIs
• →Provide thought leadership that showcases ServiceNow innovations
• →Collaborate with Solution Consulting teams to build reusable demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• →Drive and support regional knowledge and best-practices sharing
• →Present at executive briefings, industry events, and partner forums
• →Provide customer-based product feedback to Product Management
• →Integrate AI/ML, business intelligence, and analytics strategies into customer solutions
• →Ensure customer advocacy, renewal, and upsell by overseeing adoption and value realization
• →Build industry-specific playbooks linking AI use cases to functional outcomes
