Associate Software Engineer, Core Infrastructure - Moveworks at ServiceNow

About the Role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Moveworks. This role involves working closely with various engineering teams to build and maintain core infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• →Work with machine learning, search, product, data, and frontend teams to understand their infrastructure needs
• →Architect and build core infrastructure components including distributed key value store, schema-less data store, authentication and authorization systems
• →Improve observability and reliability through distributed logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting
• →Define methodologies and metrics to measure performance of microservices and product functionalities
• →Regularly deliver deadline-sensitive work that is interdependent with other engineering teams
