About the Role
We are seeking a Global Partner Manager to support our transformational vision where 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success.' This role focuses on accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for our partners through Co-sell/Co-delivery and strategic NNACV initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build Partner Practices through business plan development, account planning, and partner expectation management
- →Plan for success through Partner achievement target agreement, capacity planning, and growth investment
- →Manage the Partner Ecosystem through readiness assessment scoring, milestone achievement tracking, and regular ecosystem evaluations
- →Drive Ecosystem Governance through stakeholder communication, execution plans, and global interlocks with other regions
- →Generate new business in existing accounts and new logos, ensuring partners deliver successful projects across ServiceNow sales segments
- →Align partner investments with ServiceNow’s greatest opportunities and corporate mission
- →Accelerate Workflow and Now Platform growth via joint GTM plans
- →Drive regular partner cadence including pipeline reviews and operational excellence
- →Develop capacity plans to ensure partners can sell Now Platform value and deliver successful implementations
- →Collaborate with Marketing teams on joint demand generation plans
Requirements
- ✓Experience in partner management and ecosystem development
- ✓Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and workflow solutions
- ✓Ability to develop joint go-to-market plans and strategies
- ✓Experience with sales quota achievement and pipeline growth
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Knowledge of regional Marketing plans and engagement strategies
- ✓Experience with capacity planning and growth investment
- ✓Ability to align corporate missions and goals with ServiceNow’s Partner Industry Solutions strategy
