About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Renewal Specialist to manage customer renewals and maximize contract value. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while ensuring ServiceNow contracts are renewed successfully.
Key Responsibilities

- →Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value
- →Identify customer needs and demonstrate account management capabilities

- →Provide regular updates on renewal status to management
- →Engage customers in conversations around renewal readiness
- →Connect with customers on multi-year contracts
- →Present renewal proposals and options to customers
