As a Renewal Operations Manager supporting APAC Geo, you will partner closely with VP and AVP-level stakeholders to accelerate business outcomes, shape strategy, and operationalize performance across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
β’ Provide internal Business Partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks in the form of regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis
β’ Lead annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design
β’ Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and organizations to define, implement, and refine annual and ongoing planning processes
β’ Provide Renewal Sales Leadersβ forecast and information to track Monthly/Quarterly projections
β’ Develop and evolve key performance indicators to help drive sales revenue and projections
β’ Drive operational excellence that helps Renewal Sales team achieve goals
β’ Identify and drive process reporting enhancements
β’ Collaborate with offshore team to align on reporting and analytics needs of Business Partners and Renewal Sales team
β’ Familiarity with sales hierarchies and territory mapping
β’ Execute ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities in support of sales finance and operations
