About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Planning Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on configuring and validating the annual GTM plan and managing account assignments to ensure operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional GTM stakeholders to configure and validate the annual GTM plan
- →Own end-to-end project management of planning workstreams
- →Govern account assignment integrity
- →Generate and maintain headcount, territory, and quota reports
- →Support the Budget ID (BID) management and change request process
- →Partner cross-functionally with FBOs, Finance, SC Operations, and the COO Office to translate GTM strategy into operational plans
- →Build and maintain standardized process documentation for run-the-business activities
- →Maintain data integrity across planning and CRM systems
- →Leverage AI tools to build scalable, repeatable reporting and planning workflows
- →Support transformational system projects including Pigment go-live as HC-to-Plan system of record
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Sales CRM, Anaplan, Pigment, and Smart Recruiters
- ✓Strong understanding of data integrity and process documentation
- ✓Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and ServiceNow
- ✓Ability to manage account assignments and territory hierarchies
- ✓Experience with budget management and change request processes
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
