About the Role
We are looking for a Renewal Operations Manager to join our Customer Excellence Group (CEG) at ServiceNow. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide internal Business Partners with meaningful insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks
- →Lead annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design
- →Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to define and refine planning processes
- →Provide Renewal Sales Leaders’ forecast and information to track Monthly/Quarterly projections
- →Develop and evolve key performance indicators to help drive sales revenue
- →Drive operational excellence that helps Renewal Sales team achieve goals
- →Identify and drive process reporting enhancements
- →Collaborate with offshore team to align on reporting and analytics needs
- →Execute ad-hoc tasks in support of sales finance and operations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales operations or financial analysis
- ✓Strong understanding of sales hierarchies and territory mapping
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional planning processes
- ✓Experience with reporting and analytics tools
- ✓Familiarity with quota setting and compensation planning
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
