About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Account Executive to join our team at ServiceNow. This role focuses on driving innovative business solutions with customers and overseeing the market success of ServiceNow's CRM & Industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas
- →Develop a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list
- →Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings
- →Close collaboration with Solution Consulting counterpart to deliver demonstrations
- →Manage sales process and opportunity closure
- →Ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
- →Support regional ServiceNow partner channels
- →Use internal technology to manage leads and provide accurate forecasting
Requirements
- ✓Experience in CRM sales and territory management
- ✓Strong understanding of sales processes and opportunity closure
- ✓Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Experience with forecasting and territory planning
- ✓Knowledge of data management and AI tools
- ✓Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings
