About the Role
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with machine learning expertise to join Moveworks in expanding NLU and agentic AI capabilities. This role focuses on creating increasingly magical user experiences and improving Moveworks generative and conversational AI platform-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply software engineering, machine learning, and compound AI system engineering to create lasting value for customers
- →Take on challenges in conversational agent domains, including cognitive architecture iteration, multimodal agents, and multilingual agents
- →Push the envelope of responsible AI, expanding infrastructure for ensuring models work equally well for all people
- →Design new algorithms and architectures, evaluate them with experiments, and productionize solutions at scale
- →Research and develop innovative, scalable solutions to hard problems
- →Use the latest advances in machine learning and LLMs to enhance products and create delightful user experiences
- →Spend time weekly reading, discussing, and potentially building models from the latest ML research
Requirements
- ✓Experience with machine learning and natural language processing
- ✓Knowledge of LLMs, multimodal foundation models, and vector databases
- ✓Ability to design, evaluate, and serve models in production
- ✓Understanding of responsible AI principles and data privacy
- ✓Strong background in algorithm design and ML research
- ✓Experience with conversational agents and multilingual systems
