About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the ServiceNow AI Experiences and Innovation organization. This role focuses on driving the Agentic AI strategy and roadmap to transform business operations through AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Distill and transform customer and partner ideas into a cohesive product vision and roadmap
- →Own end-to-end feature and capability development by defining product requirements
- →Conduct user research and manage development & testing by release
- →Communicate priorities, plans, and customer outcomes to internal stakeholders
- →Partner with AI research teams to plan experiments and convert them into scalable features
- →Maintain perspective on the generative AI landscape to evolve product offerings
