About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. This role involves shaping how we plan, operate, and scale in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a key operational partner to the Area Vice President, offering data-informed insights.
- →Drive operational excellence and ensure progress toward goals.
- →Support quarter-close periods with clear updates for leadership teams.
- →Lead Area Quarterly Business Reviews, creating agendas and presentations.
- →Lead the annual planning cycle, including resource planning and quota setting.
- →Build and refine forecast cadences for accurate insights.
- →Develop pipeline review processes using Business Intelligence tools and Power BI.
Requirements
