Sr Staff Inbound Product Manager - Partner Relationship Mgmt at ServiceNow

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join ServiceNow's Sales CRM business unit, focusing on building Partner Relationship Management (PRM) capabilities. This role will play a key part in our Lead-to-Cash strategy, connecting to our CRM vision and serving both external customers and ServiceNow's partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• →Partner with Design, Engineering, and Research teams to accelerate PRM product development and delivery
• →Translate customer insights and market research into detailed product requirements and user stories
• →Develop and maintain product roadmap with clear prioritization across Foundation → Differentiation → Scale phases
• →Create presentations for cross-functional stakeholders including executive leadership, sales teams, and go-to-market partners
• →Collaborate with SFA and CPQ product counterparts to ensure seamless integration across the Lead-to-Cash ecosystem
• →Conduct customer interviews and competitive analysis to validate product direction
• →Lead sprint planning, feature reviews, and release coordination with engineering teams
• →Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
• →Communicate product priorities and build consensus
• →Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner committed to the outcome
• →Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• →Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
• →Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of different audience needs
• →Lead the promotion of efforts across different groups of team members and influence inside and outside of your team
