About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Software Engineer to join the AI Services team at ServiceNow. This role involves building solutions around Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities that transform user experience and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes
- →Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery
- →Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize functionality
- →Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI
- ✓Strong software engineering skills with knowledge of architecture and processes
- ✓Ability to work with product owners and understand detailed requirements
- ✓Experience with Code Reviews and Unit Testing
- ✓Knowledge of LLM providers such as Gemini, Azure and AWS
