Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers through technical issues to ensure timely resolution
- →Resolve technical cases related to ServiceNow software and platform
- →Provide support through various channels including web, chat, email, and telephone
- →Use diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve technical problems
- →Manage challenging issues and coordinate assistance from additional teams when needed
- →Mentor and coach junior team members
- →Provide input on process and product improvements based on customer technical issues
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and core functionalities
- ✓Proficiency in Java and SQL for database operations
- ✓Experience with diagnostic tools and log analysis
- ✓Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to create and execute SQL queries for database manipulation
