About the Role

The Support Engineer is part of a global organization that guides customers during critical issues to ensure timely and effective case resolution. This role is integral to the success of customers and the health of ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

→Resolve technical cases created by customers seeking help with ServiceNow software and platform
→Provide customer support through various technologies including web, chat, email, case updates, and direct telephone support
→Use diagnostic tools to isolate potential causes of issues
→Manage and resolve challenging issues, coordinating assistance from additional teams when needed
→Mentor and coach junior team members
→Provide input across business units regarding process and product improvements

Requirements

✓Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and all core functionalities
✓Skills in Java and SQL for database-level issues
✓Ability to perform log analysis and troubleshooting
✓SQL knowledge to create queries and manipulate database content
✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✓Collaborative nature and flexibility
