ServiceNow is seeking an exceptional GTM Strategic Leader to drive transformative growth in their $1.2B Core Business portfolio. This executive role focuses on Shared Services and Global Employee Experience, requiring strategic foresight and operational mastery.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and execute GTM strategy across HRSD, Workplace, Source to Pay, and Legal businesses
→Forge strategic alliances with partners like Moveworks to drive sales excellence
→Reimagine Shared Services and Global Employee Experience GTM through innovative pricing and sales programs
→Partner with Product, Geo, Account, Industry, Solution, Marketing, Customer Excellence, Partners, and Analytics leaders
→Cultivate high-level relationships with CHROs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Shared Services
→Champion a customer-centric culture where feedback informs product and GTM decisions
→Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM motions while optimizing operating models
→Design innovative enablement strategies to upskill sales and GTM teams
→Anticipate market trends and competitive shifts to keep ServiceNow ahead of the curve
→Represent ServiceNow at industry forums as an Executive Sponsor
→Inspire and mentor a global team of GTM strategists and operators

Requirements
