About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer to join ServiceRocket's team in Santiago. This role involves assisting customers with technical problems in cloud environments and working with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Diagnose, configure, troubleshoot, and solve problems associated with Apps in the Atlassian landscape
- →Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to complex application L1-L2 support issues
- →Work with Development, Sustaining, and QA teams using teamwork and collaboration skills
- →Install, configure, and maintain Apps that cater to high availability and scalability requirements
- →Interact with global customers and troubleshoot their business-critical problems
- →Participate in 24X5 global support setup activities as needed
- →Document and share knowledge base with others
- →Be accountable, take ownership, and maintain a strong customer focus
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- ✓Available to work on rotation shifts
- ✓Strong communication skills including proficiency in spoken English
- ✓Strong analytical skills to quickly identify root causes and recommend solutions
