About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Design Director to personally design and shape our digital, program, and brand work while guiding the evolution of our broader design practice. This is a hands-on creative leadership role that combines strategic oversight with active design work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the creative vision and execution across marketing campaigns, owned digital channels, program materials, and AI-enabled products
- →Oversee program and curriculum design, including toolkits, trainings, workshops, and learning materials
- →Design assets for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy and brand standards
- →Lead the design of our annual Women in the Workplace report, including layout, visual storytelling, and data visualizations
- →Lead channel-specific design across core owned surfaces like websites and email
- →Build and maintain scalable design systems that support consistency across all touchpoints
- →Oversee internal and external design practice, providing direction and feedback
- →Establish efficient workflows and processes for high-quality output in a remote environment
- →Build internal capabilities for using Generative AI responsibly in design and content creation
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in digital, brand, program, or product design with increasing leadership responsibility
- ✓Demonstrated experience designing websites, email, digital campaigns, and program materials
- ✓Strong systems thinker with experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines
- ✓Experience overseeing designers and collaborating with contractors or agencies
- ✓Background in accessibility and inclusive design, including familiarity with WCAG standards
- ✓Experience translating research or data into clear visual narratives
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- ✓Knowledge or experience in UX design and user-centered product development
