About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager - OGC to lead operational performance management and capacity planning across marine and terminal inspection activities. This specialized role provides governance and oversight across multiple inspection teams, focusing on KPI management, workforce planning, and productivity optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and challenge weekly KPIs including TAT, utilization, rework, overtime, and backlog
- →Lead structured Delivery Review meetings with Supervisors
- →Identify systemic performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
- →Ensure balanced workload distribution across terminals and operational units
- →Forecast manpower requirements based on sales pipeline and historical volumes
- →Maintain and govern the Inspector Capability Matrix
- →Drive cross-terminal and multi-pool resource allocation
- →Monitor cost per job and overall operational productivity
- →Conduct periodic field audits to validate execution discipline
- →Present monthly performance reports to Branch Manager
Requirements
