About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our Certification team at SGS. This role focuses on developing our certification audit and label activities for the Services/Tertiary sector.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine and implement your commercial action plan for certification audit and labelling activities
- βSegment priority targets and prospect for new clients
- βNegotiate contracts with our main clients
- βEnsure sales growth on your segments
- βParticipate in building custom control and audit solutions for clients
- βDiscover client needs, develop offers, and negotiate with major accounts and SMEs
- βTrack your sales and KPIs to facilitate deployment by sales administration teams
Requirements
- βExperience in business development, preferably in certification or quality improvement services
- βStrong negotiation and contractualization skills
- βAbility to work across multiple sectors simultaneously
- βUnderstanding of the services and tertiary sectors
- βExperience in developing and implementing commercial strategies
- βAbility to build custom solutions for client needs
