Key Responsibilities
- →Perform Radio Frequency (RF) Over the Air (OTA) Antenna testing on mobile products with technologies such as CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, Wi-Fi, IOT, and 5G
- →Perform debug and engineering testing services for wireless clients using specified equipment
- →Maintain high knowledge of industry test requirements to assist customers and test equipment manufacturers
- →Maintain one or more test platforms, updating systems and isolating issues
- →Conduct testing in accordance with established procedures
- →Complete all assigned chargeable work within required timeframes
- →Maintain technical knowledge by learning test plan requirements
- →Ensure completion of all assigned work and documentation according to SGS quality requirements
- →Assist in maintaining ISO17025 accreditation
- →Manage test system maintenance and calibrations
- →Actively improve testing services provided by SGS
- →Maintain laboratory and personal areas for efficient operations
- →Adhere to internal standards, policies and procedures
- →Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Experience with RF and OTA antenna testing
- ✓Knowledge of wireless technologies including CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, Wi-Fi, IOT, and 5G
- ✓Familiarity with test equipment and procedures
- ✓Understanding of quality systems and accreditation requirements
- ✓Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to maintain and update test platforms
- ✓Attention to detail and documentation skills
- ✓Commitment to quality and customer service
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
