About the Role
SGS France is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen commercial governance and optimize business performance. This key role involves driving commercial performance, structuring sales processes, and managing tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, track, and analyze commercial KPIs (revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, margins)
- →Implement reliable dashboards and reports for management and sales teams
- →Manage forecasting and budget cycles in coordination with Finance
- →Identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvement plans
- →Structure, standardize, and optimize end-to-end sales processes (lead to cash)
- →Ensure proper use and evolution of CRM and Sales tools (Salesforce)
- →Define and deploy common commercial standards across all business lines
- →Guarantee the quality of commercial data and its exploitation
- →Support commercial directors and managers in data-driven decision-making
- →Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects
- →Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing-Communication, Finance, IT, and Business Lines
- →Foster a culture of performance and results within the commercial organization
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales operations or commercial management
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- ✓Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- ✓Experience in process optimization and data quality management
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
