About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage daily administration of manpower sourcing, selection, and recruitment following company standards
- →Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition System
- →Prepare annual performance assessments of external manpower agencies
- →Implement initiatives to improve candidate database through career fairs, social media, and internal recruitment
- →Conduct Behavior Based Interview Training
- →Support Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager in talent acquisition initiatives
- →Centralize and prepare allocation reports for third-party providers
- →Perform sourcing through internal and external advertisements and data banks
- →Screen CVs and evaluate candidate qualifications
- →Coordinate interview schedules and collaborate with hiring managers
- →Manage new employee onboarding and pre-employment documents
- →Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment status reports
- →Comply with QHSEE policies and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- ✓Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
- ✓Proficiency in recruitment software and databases
- ✓Knowledge of HR policies and compliance requirements
- ✓Experience with performance assessment and reporting
- ✓Ability to conduct effective interviews and training sessions
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
