About the Role

Shield AI is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and roadmap for core autonomous systems and platforms. This high-impact role involves working across engineering, design, operations, business development, and leadership to deliver mission-critical products that drive real-world results.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with Shield AI's mission and long-term growth objectives
• →Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and requirements definition through delivery and sustainment
• →Partner closely with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Program Management, and Business Development to ensure product priorities are aligned and executable
• →Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization by gathering direct feedback from field users and military operators
• →Lead and grow a team of high-performing product managers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• →Establish key product performance metrics and use data to drive prioritization and product performance assessments
