About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer to support system-level integration and testing activities for Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy systems. This role involves working across simulation, HIL, VIL, and flight environments to ensure reliable performance of autonomy software and integrated hardware systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive high-quality validation outcomes and ensure system readiness for field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• →Execute system-level integration and testing activities for Hivemind autonomy systems
• →Contribute to development of test plans, methodologies, and validation strategies across simulation, HIL, VIL, and flight environments
• →Develop and maintain test automation, tools, and infrastructure components in Python and C++
• →Perform hands-on system debugging, data analysis, and root-cause investigations across hardware and software interfaces
• →Support flight test operations including pre-flight configuration, system checks, and post-flight data review
• →Collaborate with software, hardware, flight test, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration
• →Create and maintain clear test documentation including procedures, results, and findings
• →Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency, reliability, and coverage
• →Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing
