Company Description The Shift Project is an innovative think-tank interfacing businesses, academia, civil society, and public authorities. It consists of a multidisciplinary team and a network of experts focused on managing the transition to a post-carbon world. The proposals are driven by economic and scientific research, emphasizing concrete and pragmatic approaches. The think tank leads initiatives targeting economic and institutional decision-makers to pool solutions, develop tools, identify necessary changes, and embrace new development models.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Consultant based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Consultant will be responsible for providing management consulting services, conducting economic and scientific research, assembling and debating proposals, and advising decision-makers. Responsibilities also include developing tools, identifying necessary changes, and fostering new development models to support the transition to a post-carbon world.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting Excellent Communication skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Background in Economics, Environmental Science, or related fields is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Science, or related field
