ShiftKey is seeking a Project-Based AI Video Content Creator for an 8-12 week contract. This role involves creating video tutorials using AI tools to enhance healthcare professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Produce high-quality instructional videos using HeyGen AI video generation software
- →Transform complex processes into simple, visual video scripts
- →Identify articles in the Help Center that need video treatment
- →Collaborate with Credentialing, Operations, and other teams to ensure video accuracy
- →Publish videos on the ShiftKey Help Center and across mobile app and onboarding flows
Requirements
- ✓Familiarity with or experience using AI prompting tools
- ✓Creative mindset and good eye for visual content
- ✓Strong interest in AI, content creation, or video production
- ✓Ability to break down complex information into simple visual steps
- ✓Detail-oriented with quick learning ability for new software tools
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
