We are looking for a Product Manager to join Shift, the leading AI platform for insurance. This role focuses on creating advanced new products with the best product-market fit for carriers, leveraging data and agentic AI.

Requirements
- ✓Product Management Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS. Experience in insurance is not required but highly valued.
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis: Ability to find innovative ways to look at data and create useful insights.
- ✓Strategic Communication: Superior ability to interact with clients and prospects, communicating about complex products and understanding their needs.
- ✓Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of working across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to build consensus and drive a unified market message.
- ✓Agile Mindset: Comfortable in a culture of rapid delivery, measurement, and feedback, with the ability to pivot GTM strategies based on market response.
