About the Role
The POS Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Point of Sales customers, providing level 1 support and ensuring prompt resolution with exceptional service. This role involves managing support tickets according to Service Level Agreements, guiding customers through troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
