About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Shiji Middle East team. This role focuses on implementing PMS and Meeting & Events solutions for hospitality customers in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers within the Middle East region
- →Implement, integrate, and train on PMS systems (remotely and on-site)
- →Implement PMS interfaces
- →Implement Meeting & Events solutions
- →Configure systems to meet country-specific legal fiscal requirements
- →Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly
- →Ensure multiple users and service models meet customer operational workflows
- →Train staff on the practical use of the software
- →Take customer sites live and answer operational requests
- →Report accurate project status and act proactively to achieve goals
- →Provide internal consultation
Requirements
- ✓Experience in PMS implementation and integration
- ✓Strong technical consultancy skills
- ✓Ability to configure systems to meet specific customer requirements
- ✓Experience with hospitality industry software
- ✓Training and on-site implementation experience
