About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Infrasys Team. This role focuses on providing technical consultancy to hospitality customers in Europe and the UK, installing and training on our hospitality platform products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install Infrasys Cloud and related products on customer sites
- →Analyze customer needs and configure the system according to Major Account standards
- →Configure the system to meet country-specific legal fiscal requirements
- →Ensure multiple user and service model concepts meet customer operational workflows
- →Provide solutions for functional gaps and work with Product Management to achieve project targets
- →Train staff in the best and most practical use of the software
- →Report accurate project status and act proactively to achieve project goals
- →Take customer sites live and provide technical support after going live
- →Be the technical point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle
- →Assist Product Management in testing new releases and functions
- →Perform release updates when required
- →Support the support organization while not with customers
- →Provide pre-sales support to the regional sales team
Requirements
- ✓Experience in hospitality industry technology implementation
- ✓Strong technical background with system configuration skills
- ✓Ability to analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly
- ✓Excellent training and customer support skills
- ✓Knowledge of legal fiscal requirements in hospitality industry
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Experience with cloud-based systems and software implementation
