About the Role
We are looking for a Product Planner to join our team at Shiji. This role involves shaping the Daylight PMS product through strategic planning and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Utilize industry experience to shape Daylight PMS and participate in peer review sessions for quality assurance.
- →Display knowledge of PMS Complexity, Multi-Property & Enterprise hospitality environments.
- →Create and maintain a defined initiative backlog of features for Daylight PMS.
- →Identify, own, and resolve complex problems with balanced judgment.
- →Lead theoretical and conceptual workshops and provide business context for decision-making.
- →Execute professional presentations for product direction and feature functionality.
- →Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate an efficient working environment.
- →Guide and support Product Owners for optimal sprint review presentation skills.
- →Travel domestically and internationally for collaboration and presentation.
Requirements
- ✓Industry experience in hospitality and PMS systems.
- ✓Strong knowledge of Multi-Property & Enterprise hospitality environments.
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ✓Ability to lead workshops, discussions, and presentations.
- ✓Experience with product planning and prioritization.
- ✓Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
